The brief.
Fitwiser runs a coached weight-loss programme. Clients follow the diet and workout plans their coach assigns and track workouts, steps and calories; coaches manage those clients and plans. We built all three surfaces: the consumer app, the CRM, and the management platform behind them.
End-to-end product for a coached weight-loss company: the client app, the CRM and the platform coaches use to run the programme. 9,000 daily active users after launch.

Health tracking was spread across too many places
- Users struggled to track several health metrics in one platform.
- Dense dashboards overwhelmed people who just wanted to see progress.
- Clients started routines and dropped off within days.
One calm app for the whole programme
- Real-time tracking with a simplified visual layout for every metric.
- Customisable widgets so each client sees what matters to them first.
- Coach-assigned diet and workout plans inside the same app.
- A CRM and admin platform so coaches run clients without spreadsheets.

What
changed.
A focused team of four designers delivered 30 production-ready screens in four weeks, built on a design system with developer-aligned components, so the handoff to engineering needed minimal rework. The product launched smoothly and reached 9,000 daily active users.
