01Why we exist

The first version is a
decision before it is a delivery.

Prime Depth Labs is a product engineering studio, not a body shop. We start with the decision: what has to be true for this release to matter? Then we design it, build it and launch it with the same small team.

The studio was founded in 2024 and is based in Mohali, India. We have shipped 11 products for teams in India, Austria, the United States and Georgia — consumer apps, SaaS platforms, AI features and the internal systems behind them.

We keep the team small on purpose. It keeps the chain of command short, the demos honest and the handover clean.

The most valuable work happens before a screen is drawn: what to validate, what to ship first, and what to leave out of version one.

Product thinking, design and engineering sit in the same room. No account layer, no handoff to a junior bench halfway through.

Built to be handed over

You get the repositories, design files and documentation. The codebase is something your own team can pick up, not a lock-in.

Proof over promises

Fixed scope, a weekly demo, and numbers that come from the work. If a metric is not on file, it does not go on the site.

    UI and UX you can click through on your phone before a line of production code is written.
